Join Our Team
Built on strong family values, our customer-focused philosophy ensures that we not only understand and meet our customers’ needs but that we also apply those same values to our employees, investing in our team and enabling them to be the best they can be, both individually and as part of a team.
If you are motivated, honest, hardworking and customer-orientated and want to join a team with the same principles that match your own, then please email your CV to email@example.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
We also work alongside industry apprenticeship and training providers CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) to train and develop young people into the builders of the future. This investment in the next generation of building contractors translates to Highbury actively supporting young people in all construction-led apprenticeships, from joinery apprenticeships to bricklaying courses.
Highbury have a commitment to CITB and aim to recruit construction and joinery apprentices every year to enable them to get a foot in the door and have successful careers in construction. This is driven by the Managing Director, Gareth Jones (an apprentice trained joiner himself), who believes that helping young people into work not only combats youth unemployment but will drive the future economy.
