Highbury Homes – The Complete Building Solution are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our fast-paced team based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
We are a building company primarily working for leading insurers completing repairs in domestic properties following damage caused by a number of perils. In addition to domestic repairs, we branch into commercial repairs for local councils and schools and work for social housing companies.
- Manage a team of trade and program and book in relevant works
- Attend properties to survey and estimate repair work
- Produce an accurate schedule of repairs and send to clients within relevant service level agreements
- Plan and budget repair work and ensure works are being carried out to time/budget
- Liaise with customers and clients daily
About the Role
- Hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- The successful applicant will be provided with a company car
- Pension is a Government Pension Scheme
- Salary will be competitive rates depending on experience
- Due to the nature of our business, a CRB check will be undertaken
